GiG Sportsbook Solution to Provide Virtual Sports on the 1X2 Network

Gaming Innovation Group (GiG), a provider of online casino and sports betting solutions, today announced a partnership with virtual sports authority 1X2 Network to deliver virtual sports to its operator partners during a period when all major sports around the world are suspended.

In accordance with a newly signed relationship, GiG has been able to incorporate 1X2 Network's virtual sports material into its sportsbook system, giving online gambling operators the chance to diversify their product portfolio with 1X2 Network's services.

Through its strategic partner Leap Gaming, 1X2 Network offers virtual sports. Customers can choose from a variety of high-quality on-demand virtual sports items and in-play virtual betting options.

Thanks to the recently added 1X2 Network virtual sports content, GiG stated its operator partners can now give their customers the option to engage on-demand and connect with their favorite sports.

GiG claims that sports fans can interact with 1X2 Network's products in a similar fashion to how they would with live sports.

Along with scheduled tennis and horse racing, the newly introduced virtual sports portfolio also offers instant horse racing, greyhound racing, trotting, speedway, and football.

In an effort to strengthen its position as a top B2B industry supplier, GiG has recently upgraded its sportsbook solution with the addition of virtual sports and a relationship with 1X2 Network.

Putting Operators at the Head of the Sports Betting Class

GiG Chief Information Officer Chris Armes spoke about their collaboration with 1X2 Network and how it enables them to provide "a great virtual sports portfolio with realistic 3D games for some of the most well-liked on-demand sports betting games."

Mr. Armes continued by saying that doing so enables operators to broaden their selection and establish themselves as industry leaders in sports betting.

Just a few days after the company revealed that it had received regulatory approval to transfer its B2C business to online gaming startup Betsson, news regarding GiG expanding the offerings made available through its sportsbook solution surfaced.

This past February, GiG originally revealed it would be selling its online gambling and betting brands, including Rizk, Guts, Kaboo, and Thrills.

The company claimed that by making the change, it would be able to concentrate solely on offering B2B services to the online gambling sector and that it would also "reduce complexity and increase efficiency."

The 1X2 Network has also had a busy few weeks. The business recently disclosed that online casino operator BGO now offers its material live.

Additionally, 1X2 Network and BetWarrior signed a content supply agreement earlier in April. According to the agreement, the gambling operator and its clientele in Latin America would have access to the full selection of casino games offered by 1X2 Network as well as Leap Gaming's virtual sports products.
